Kami ingin mengeksplorasi semua sisi budaya itu,” kata Pamong Budaya, BPK XVIII, Chalid AS, saat dikonfirmasi di Lapangan Langimpu, Desa Doda, Rabu, 11 September 2024.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Dari makanan tradisional tersebut, lanjut Chalid, kita ingin melihat keterkaitan atau benang merah antara budaya-budaya yang terbentang di Lore Lindu, termasuk dengan daerah-daerah yang memiliki kedekatan budaya, di Sulbar dan Sulsel, dan Sulteng. “Seperti Kalumpang, Mamasa, Toraja dan daerah-daerah di Sulteng ini,” papar Arkeolog itu.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Pamong Budaya Ahli Muda BPK XVIII Sulteng-Sulbar lainnya, Ilham Abdullah, mengatakan yang nampak sekarang ini hanya berupa bendawi seperti situs dan cagar. “Sekarang kami tampilkan semua potensi yang bisa kami identifikasi,” jelas Ilham.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Potensi yang dimaksud antara lain kuliner tradisional, kesenian, permainan tradisional dan kerajinan seperti kain tenun ikat dan kain dari kulit kayu.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Pada gelaran demo masakan tradisional tersebut, Kalumpang membuat dua menu makanan tradisional, yakni Buso dan Roda’ atau lemang.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Buso adalah jenis lauk bahan-bahannya seperti terong, lombok, tikala atau kecombrang, ikan, bawang merah dan bawah putih, serei, daun bawang, akar pinang, kulit cendana, garam, penyedap rasa dan di masak dengan menggunakan bambu basah. Sedangkan Roda’ adalah nasi ketan yang dimasak dengan santan juga dengan wadah bambu.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Masyarakat Behoa, membuat menu minuman khas, yaitu jahe gula merah. Minuman khas Behoa sejenis saraba, namun tidak memakai santan. Sementara Mamasa, membikin Onde-onde dan doko-doko dari tepung ubi kayu memakai gula merah dan kelapa, dan menu ke dua nasi lemang.
